About This Role
- Lead and manage a global Transaction Management team supporting premier investment management clients with focus on Exchange Traded Derivatives.
- Own day-to-day transactional responsibilities including trade confirmation, process, settlement, reporting, and exception management.
- Drive process improvement, automation, regulatory compliance, client service delivery, and risk management in a fast-paced operational environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Extensive asset management and investment operations experience, including expertise in Exchange Traded Derivatives transaction lifecycle.
- Degree in finance, business, technology or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Proven client communication skills at all levels and deep knowledge of Middle Office trade management operations (confirmation, settlement, reconciliation).
- Technical skills: strong MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint); experience with low-code tools, SQL, Python preferred but not mandatory.
