About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
- Design, configure, develop, and integrate CRIMS components ensuring solution quality, system stability, scalability, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure go-live readiness, support transition to client ownership, and provide technical mentorship to junior members.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial technology solution delivery, specifically in investment management systems.
- Mandatory technical skills: Hands-on experience with C#, Core Java, SQL Server, ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho Kettle, Talend), SSRS, Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong domain knowledge in capital markets including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, and wealth or investment management workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with complex Front, Middle, or Back Office capital markets technology implementations, preferably within consulting or financial software environments.
- Deep capital markets domain expertise combined with strong hands-on technical skills in application development, system integration, and cloud-based deployments.
- Proven client-facing delivery experience with capability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations and provide technical leadership.
