About This Role
- Serve as strategic business interface between IM Performance Management teams and IT, translating business needs into IT requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and applications using SAP BW4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud and handle data extraction and integration including CDS views and Skywise.
- Manage and ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of data visualization and analytical solutions including the IM Performance Dashboard and master data management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years professional experience in relevant fields.
- Graduate degree in IT, applied mathematics, engineering, or related big data field.
- Strong experience with SAP BW4HANA, HANA modeling, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, CDS views, and integration between SAP BW4HANA and IBM PA.
- Experience in data modeling, integration, quality management, SAP BW queries, finance reporting, and Agile/Scrum environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working at the intersection of business analysis and technical data modeling/development within large, complex organizations.
- Capability to manage multiple application designs ensuring global consistency and driving transversal strategies.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, driving customer satisfaction and delivering innovative, cost-effective data platform solutions on time and with quality.
