About This Role
- Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable (AR) denial issues and analyze denial trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle escalated payer calls and develop strategies to reduce denial rates and aging.
- Mentor Level 1 associates on AR/Denial workflows and prepare and submit appeals for denied claims.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proficiency in medical billing and denial management systems.
- This is an onsite role in Vadodara, India; night shift from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST; remote work not considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling escalated denials and payer negotiations within a Revenue Cycle Management environment.
- Capable of independently leading denial resolution efforts and mentoring junior associates.
- Comfortable working onsite in Vadodara during night shifts, demonstrating operational readiness for this schedule.
