About This Role
- Lead customer discovery to identify business objectives and Generative AI use cases.
- Design and architect secure, scalable AI solutions for applications like content generation, customer service, and workflow automation.
- Support presales and delivery by developing business cases, providing technical demonstrations, and ensuring successful solution implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in AI solution architecture, technical presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing Data AI roles.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.

- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable business value.
- Experienced in collaborating across Sales, architecture, engineering, and project teams in customer-facing roles.
