About This Role
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for 2-3 SaaS and marketplace products simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company priorities and measurable impacts on key metrics.
- Run sprint planning, reviews, and release management to deliver features that drive activation, retention, revenue, and market liquidity.
- Engage directly with users through interviews and data analysis to prioritize backlog items and define AI-powered feature development in collaboration with engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years total experience in software product roles, with at least 2 years as Product Owner or Product Manager on SaaS or marketplace products.
- Experience owning multiple products or multi-module platforms concurrently.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies with strong user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at Navi Mumbai office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SaaS and two-sided marketplace products with a metrics-driven approach using analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Technical enough to discuss APIs, data models, and integrations effectively with engineering teams.
- Familiar with global or US market products, preferably with domain knowledge in edtech, HR tech, recruitment, BPO, language services, or entertainment sectors.
