About This Role
- Design and implement data science tools and machine learning models end-to-end to deliver customer solutions and support business strategy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions and promote data literacy within the organization.
- Develop, scale, and deploy software-driven data products in an Agile, multi-disciplinary team environment, ensuring model governance and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data science with strong machine learning, statistical modelling, and software engineering skills.
- Strong academic background in STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Python and related data science libraries; experience with cloud platforms for model training and deployment (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, IBM Watson).
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, MCP) and understanding of LLMs and NLP techniques; financial services or retail banking domain knowledge is required.

- Experienced in developing and operationalizing large language models within cloud environments for scalable AI applications.
- Able to integrate statistical, mathematical, and machine learning expertise with software engineering to create productized data solutions.
- Effective at working in Agile, cross-functional teams and translating complex business challenges into analytics-driven outcomes, especially in financial services or banking.
