About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of CRM and Microsoft .NET application development projects for US-based clients.
- Manage Agile project execution using Azure DevOps, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery coordination across distributed teams.
- Drive project governance, risk management, stakeholder communications, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4-8 years of project management experience in software development, specifically CRM and Microsoft .NET projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps tools.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ members and delivering projects for US clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Agile delivery teams and managing geographically distributed resources.
- Strong background in CRM implementations and Microsoft .NET software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with structured communication and reporting across multiple time zones.
