About This Role
- Lead operational stability and service delivery for Account Management Services data products, ensuring consistent BAU support and SLA adherence.
- Translate user feedback and recurring issues into product enhancements by defining requirements and release plans to improve client experience.
- Own product vision and roadmap for critical data services including AI integration to drive automation, data quality, and platform modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Financial Services experience with focus on Asset & Wealth Management data concepts.
- Proven track record as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead for data products or critical enterprise services.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and issue investigation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile delivery with strong backlog management and outcome-based execution skills.
- Knowledgeable in AI/Agentic AI applications relevant to data products, balancing innovation with governance and risk.
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive delivery and resolve blockers in complex environments.
