About This Role
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering data and analytics solutions in SAP, HANA, and related platforms for a large manufacturing client.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement in team delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure high-quality, end-to-end data-focused solutions and maintain transparent Agile metrics to align stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as Scrum Master with focus on SAP, HANA, Data & Analytics.
- Solid understanding of Scrum practices, Agile principles, and ability to manage global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to track velocity and set sprint goals.
- Work type: Full-time, remote; Flexible to work occasional hours outside normal business hours per business needs.
