About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 7+ focused on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes including forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Own and present financial performance updates, ensuring key metrics are accessible, action oriented, and comply with corporate governance and IFRS standards.
- Drive organizational transformation and process improvements, including digital initiatives, to enhance FP&A processes and deliver strategic value through project management and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, process transformation, and leading FP&A end-to-end processes.
- Qualified Accountant (CA) or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance from a reputed institute.
- Experience managing teams of 7+ members, preferably 15+ in FP&A functions, with proven leadership in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency with SAP, MicroStrategy, Tagetik, Looker, Power BI, MS Office Suite/Teams; knowledge of IFRS compliance; experience in corporate governance related to budgets and CapEx.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader operating at senior levels with executive presence and C-Level communication skills, capable of managing large teams and high-impact strategic projects.
- Skilled in driving culture change, stakeholder management, and agile transformations within financial and operational domains.
- Background in consumer goods or IT industry projects, with added advantage for Lean Six Sigma certification or IFRS certification and expertise in automation or ERP implementations.
