About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical programs focused on GDPR and data privacy compliance across engineering and security teams.
- Manage program roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and governance while tracking KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive implementation of data privacy controls including data mapping, RoPA, DPIA, consent management, DSAR, data retention/deletion, and Privacy by Design concepts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years total experience with 3+ years in privacy or compliance program delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on UK GDPR knowledge including Data Protection Act 2018, DPIA, RoPA, DSAR, consent, data retention, and lawful basis.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale technical programs, working with Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.

- Experienced technical lead with deep domain expertise in UK GDPR and data privacy regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex privacy programs interfacing with engineering, security, and third-party vendors in enterprise settings.
- Operates effectively within Agile and DevSecOps environments and has strong program governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
