About This Role
- Maintain and update accurate lease data and prepare related journal entries compliant with US GAAP, IFRS, and Local GAAP.
- Perform monthly closing activities for lease accounting, including valuation of Right of Use Assets (ROUA) and lease liabilities.
- Prepare and analyze lease-related reports; ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and assist with audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in lease accounting or financial accounting roles.
- Graduation in Finance required; CA/CMA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S4/ECC is optional but advantageous.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel and process/workflow automation mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within multi-departmental teams involving finance, legal, and operations for lease data collection.
- Proficient in financial accounting with specific focus on lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842).
- Comfortable working in ERP environments and applying automation tools to improve accounting processes.
