About This Role
- Lead development of complex software features across Tekion’s platforms ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate with senior engineers on system design and technical strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices and technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native services, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
