About This Role
- Own the end-to-end architecture and governance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CMDB, and at least one additional product such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or SecOps.
- Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions adhering to best practices and organizational standards, including integrations, workflows, and data models.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams, reviewing code, troubleshooting high-impact issues, and defining platform governance policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including development and administration.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM (all required), and at least one additional module (e.g., HRSD, SecOps).
- Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript (server/client), Glide APIs, Script Includes, and UI scripting.
- Experience designing integrations (Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub) and CMDB management; familiarity with ITIL processes.

- Hands-on leadership in Agile or hybrid environments with a track record of mentoring developers and managing enterprise-level ServiceNow platforms.
- Technical proficiency across multiple ServiceNow modules and deep understanding of platform architecture, data models, and automation workflows.
