About This Role
- Lead quality assurance for enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and related platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, API, integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and release testing, with strong emphasis on test automation using Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Drive automation, shift-left testing, continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with product, business, architecture, and engineering teams to maintain quality engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications and platforms including Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, Selenium, plus strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile Scrum environments with demonstrated ability to lead Agile ceremonies related to quality assurance.
- Proficient in Salesforce platform integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, JWT, microservices) and building CI/CD-integrated automated test frameworks.
- Capable of mentoring QA engineers, managing defects via root cause analysis, and promoting Salesforce testing best practices and quality standards.
