About This Role
- Maintain and improve backend and mobile app automation suites for build verification tests (BVT) and regression.
- Convert prioritized features and regression test cases into automated coverage and perform manual testing including exploratory, sprint, and release sign-off testing.
- Manage QA tooling, test environments, CI/CD pipeline automation, and collaborate closely with developers on API and integration testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) roles combining manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript and experience with automation frameworks for UI/API/integration/backend testing.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum sprint cycles and integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Ability to work from Bangalore office 4 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with maintaining and stabilizing complex automation suites with a focus on reliability and root-cause analysis of flaky tests.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile teams, delivering testing across feature development, releases, and maintaining test infrastructure.
- Prior exposure to real-money gaming (RMG) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environments is preferred.
