About This Role
- Own the day-to-day production and review of accurate, consistent, and timely invoices across State Street global businesses and Sub-entities like Global Advisors.
- Manage specific invoicing activities including Out of Pocket Expenses (OOPS) invoicing and drive ongoing process improvements within billing functions.
- Work independently with accountability for meeting timeline goals and delivering high-quality billing outputs across multiple geographies and business lines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance required.
- 3 to 8 years of experience working with invoices in a global billing function within a large financial services institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, workbook maintenance).
- Experience or knowledge of billing systems and company-wide financial architecture concepts (GL, sub-GL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional familiar with billing practices for Custody services, Sub custodian, Trust services, asset management, and Out of Pocket Expense billing across multiple geographies.
- Able to independently manage end-to-end invoicing processes in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to improve invoice functions and make independent decisions based on complex financial data.
