About This Role
- Own the day-to-day production and review of accurate and timely invoices across State Street's global businesses, including State Street Global Advisors.
- Manage invoicing activities such as invoice raising, OOPS invoicing, and ensuring consistency across multiple geographies and business areas.
- Drive process improvements and measure performance towards billing goals within the global billing function.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance is mandatory.
- 3 to 8 years of experience working with invoices in a global billing function at a large financial services institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, workbook maintenance).
- Knowledge of billing systems and conceptual understanding of company-wide financial architecture (GL, sub-GL technology).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in billing methods for financial services like Custody, Sub-custodian, Trust services, Out of Pocket Expense billing, and Asset Management.
- Capable of independent decision-making with demonstrated ownership and ability to deliver high quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability to handle complex financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
