About This Role
- Support Oracle ERP implementation projects through system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud for FIN/HCM modules.
- Lead technical tasks including performance monitoring, code reviews, documentation (AIM), test script writing for SIT/UAT, and manage SDLC change processes in at least 2 full Oracle system implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud development with expertise in Oracle technologies and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience with data migration tools such as FBDI templates, HCM Data Loader, and spreadsheet loaders for conversions.
- Familiarity with Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science.

- Experienced in leading full Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycles with focus on application and SQL performance issues.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle integration with third-party systems like ADP and Mercer.
- Skilled in technical documentation, testing processes, and SDLC change management within Oracle ERP environments.
