About This Role
- Execute and co-create HR strategy at sourcing unit aligning with larger HR, ER, and supply chain strategies.
- Ensure 100% manpower availability (permanent and contract labor) and manage discipline including unauthorized absenteeism.
- Manage employee relations, union negotiations, performance management, learning & development, and cultural transformation initiatives like World Class Manufacturing and Inclusion drives.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of experience in HR function as stated.
- Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management required.
- Strong knowledge of union management and statutory compliances mandatory.
- Location: Amli Factory, Silvassa (onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced HR professional capable of end-to-end HR partnering at a manufacturing supply unit level.
- Comfortable handling union relations, collective bargaining, and employee relations in a production environment.
- Pragmatic in implementing capability building, performance improvement and culture change initiatives within operational units.
