About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using Aspen Manufacturing Suite to meet business and manufacturing requirements.
- Lead MES solution delivery across multiple platforms and sites, ensuring compliance with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, and company standards.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, reviewing, and documentation; troubleshoot complex MES issues and improve system reliability and availability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, Data, Life Sciences, or relevant technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience in complex enterprise or operational technology environments.
- Experience in Aspen Manufacturing Suite MES, including software development, database technologies, system integrations, and industrial connectivity (e.g., OPC UA/HDA).
- Experience with GxP compliance, data integrity, cybersecurity, AI-assisted development tools, and mentoring engineers; Work Experience Required: 7+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead MES solution design and delivery across multiple platforms, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable systems.
- Experienced in applying AI-assisted development methods and implementing software quality, security, compliance, and maintainability controls in manufacturing or enterprise technology contexts.
- Comfortable managing technical risk, supporting audits and inspections, and promoting standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in MES environments.
