About This Role
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Develop and deploy AI-enabled business capabilities using Salesforce AI features, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Ensure security compliance and optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce applications within an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce security architecture and integration frameworks like REST APIs, SOAP, platform events.
- Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD tools, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Salesforce developer proficient in multiple Salesforce clouds and AI integration.
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Salesforce security model, and API-based integrations ensuring secure scalable solutions.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with knowledge of DevOps and software deployment best practices.
