About This Role
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Build AI-enabled business capabilities using Salesforce AI tools including Agentforce and Prompt Builder.
- Develop and optimize code and configurations including Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, security controls, and automation workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering OR Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or Science (MSc).
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, platform events, and asynchronous Apex.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security architecture, Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Salesforce developer with strong hands-on skills across multiple Salesforce Clouds and AI feature implementation.
- Proficient in software development best practices including version control, testing, and deployment in Agile environments.
- Capable of designing scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
