About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement customized, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
- Lead technical design discussions, provide architectural guidance, ensure best practices, and optimize code quality on Salesforce projects.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years total IT experience with at least 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation.
- Engineering degree or Master in Science (MCA) or equivalent.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; Salesforce App Builder certification and Copado certificate are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level Salesforce developer comfortable leading architecture and development efforts in large-scale implementations.
- Experienced in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
- Proficient in implementing DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control, capable of mentoring and elevating team technical standards.
