About This Role
- Design automation frameworks and validate integration of open-source distributed data components for product quality.
- Own test strategies, plans, resource allocation, and test execution for the Open Data Platform product and features.
- Develop and maintain Java-based test automation tools and suites, collaborate with engineers across development lifecycle, and ensure test coverage and release quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as Senior SDET or equivalent role, focused on open-source projects and system testing.
- Strong Java programming skills and understanding of Hadoop ecosystem and distributed system integration testing.
- Experience with API automation, CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins, and managing QA environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Comfortable with building scalable, performance-oriented Java automation frameworks in CI/CD environments.
