About This Role
- Lead multiple full-stack engineering teams delivering Java/Spring Boot microservices and React/Angular UI in Consumer and Community Banking technology.
- Own delivery outcomes including scope, timelines, quality, and operational readiness, managing execution using Agile methodologies.
- Set and scale AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation practices enterprise-wide to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes, ensuring security, resiliency, and reuse of patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied software engineering experience plus 2+ years leading technologists in complex technical domains.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Java/Spring Boot and React or Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka), cloud/platform technologies (AWS/Cloud Foundry), CI/CD, and secure engineering practices.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years combined technical and leadership experience explicitly mentioned.
