About This Role
- Design, build, train, and optimize AI/Gen AI models, including NLP and computer vision applications.
- Lead and manage end-to-end AI project lifecycle, from problem discovery through deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor and upskill data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts while coordinating team capacity and task allocation.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and model evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI engineering tools such as Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience leading teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers with focus on mentorship and skill development.
- Work Experience Required: Proven experience managing end-to-end AI solution lifecycles and team leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large datasets, data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and ensuring data quality for AI models.
- Capable of translating business requirements into AI use cases and effectively communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data architecture aspects including data pipelines, feature engineering, model governance, and data quality management.
