About This Role
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives improving processes, operating models, controls, and business partnership.
- Develop and execute finance transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
- Leverage ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to standardize, automate finance functions and deliver measurable value across multiple finance domains.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, process excellence, management consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP platforms in finance contexts.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and controls across transactional, planning, treasury, tax, and controllership functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing operating models and transformation roadmaps with executive-level stakeholder influence.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs integrating finance, technology, data, and operations teams.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation and driving governance, KPIs, business case development, and benefits tracking for sustained transformation outcomes.
