About This Role
- Design, develop, and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Own platform health monitoring, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of MDM environment including Collibra and Syniti's ADMM/ADM.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to support data governance, data quality rules, integration, and migration processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in development, enhancements, and management of MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in Data Integration, Data Migration, ETL, and Data Quality tools such as Syniti's ADMM/ADM.
- Experience with MDM platforms like SimpleMDG, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or Reltio and strong SQL scripting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering field or relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in medium to high-complexity MDM development and implementation projects involving data quality and governance.
- Capable of managing end-to-end MDM platform ownership including troubleshooting, upgrades, and data governance tasks using tools like Collibra.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
