About This Role
- Design and develop automated tests for complex product scenarios using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain test automation framework components and shared libraries, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for test suites, including configuration, troubleshooting, and environment setup, and provide code reviews and coaching to other engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in test automation with ownership of complex suites or framework components.
- Proficient in TypeScript and Playwright or comparable modern UI/API automation tools.
- Experience designing BDD tests (Gherkin/Cucumber style) and hands-on CI/CD (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions) including pipeline adjustment and secrets management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting regulated industries such as lottery or gaming, with knowledge of compliance and security requirements.
- Strong DevOps operational ability to independently resolve environment issues and maintain CI/CD test automation pipelines.
- Able to lead framework development, provide coaching, and own quality assurance practices including defect analysis and test data management.
