About This Role
- Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, and third-party integrations.
- Engage with clients, business stakeholders, and executives to align technical solutions with business goals and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Mentor development team members, establish coding standards, and take ownership of complex Salesforce implementation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Integrations, Security and Sharing Model, Solution Architecture, and DevOps.
- Proven experience in technical team leadership and developer mentoring.
- Location: Remote (India) with availability during U.S. Eastern and Pacific business hours.

- Experienced in leading enterprise-grade Salesforce technical strategies and complex implementations rather than only development or documentation.
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills enabling translation of complex technical details into business language.
- Operates well in remote, cross-timezone environments requiring collaboration with executive leadership and stakeholders.
