About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions including machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic workflows targeting business and regulatory challenges.
- Develop and manage end-to-end AI lifecycle: data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD with a focus on production-ready, scalable, secure applications.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver AI solutions for regulatory filings, searchable knowledge bases, and domain-specific insights ensuring measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 9–12 years of relevant experience in data science and applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning; experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with NLP, Generative AI, embeddings, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, document processing, OCR, metadata management, and PII detection/redaction.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, or Azure AI Services) and knowledge of enterprise AI governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level data scientist with strong expertise in end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle management in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
- Experienced in deploying GenAI and RAG-based solutions integrating domain-specific knowledge for regulatory intelligence and customer insights.
- Capable of translating complex AI technical solutions into measurable business outcomes while ensuring responsible AI practices and stakeholder collaboration.
