About This Role
- Design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based contact center solutions primarily on Amazon Connect.
- Build and maintain IVR/contact flows, routing logic, telephony integrations, and omnichannel customer experience features.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and serverless solutions using AWS services while collaborating with Agile teams for production-ready delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or similar Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms like Genesys Cloud, NICE, or Five9.
- Proficiency with AWS services including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and RDS, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Rally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and modernizing enterprise-scale contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS cloud.
- Skilled in building and integrating omnichannel and AI-enabled contact center capabilities including intelligent routing and automation.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with a focus on automation, testing, and production support of contact center platforms.
