About This Role
- Own day-to-day production and review of accurate and timely client invoices across multiple global business lines and regions.
- Manage specific invoicing activities including invoice raising and out-of-pocket expenses invoicing within the global billing function.
- Drive ongoing process improvements and assess performance against goals in the billing operations area.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
- 3 to 8 years experience working with invoices in a global billing function within a large financial services institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, workbook maintenance).
- Knowledge of billing systems and understanding of company-wide financial architecture (GL, sub-GL technology).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with billing methods related to custody services, sub custodian, trust services, out-of-pocket expense billing, and asset management across multiple geographies and business areas.
- Ability to work independently with an owner’s mindset, manage timelines effectively, and make independent decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to operate under high pressure in fast-paced environments.
