About This Role
- Generate and manage a pipeline of doctors and clinics through daily field visits to onboard them onto the MedleyMed platform.
- Complete onboarding process including setting up profiles, consultation details, document collection, payment settlement, and training clinic staff to use the system.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded clients to keep accounts active, achieve monthly targets, and report daily activities and market feedback to management.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of field sales experience; experience with clinic/practice management software or health-tech platforms preferred.
- Graduate degree required; pharmacy or life sciences background is an advantage.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi required; basic English proficiency needed.
- Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler with a valid driving license; ready for field work matching clinic OPD timings.

- Experienced in field sales with a focus on healthcare or related technology solutions to doctors and clinics.
- Operates effectively in a mobile, field-based role with strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working flexible hours including early mornings and evenings aligned with outpatient department schedules.
