About This Role
- Lead a high-performing finance team across enterprise financial planning, forecasting, commercial finance, profitability management, and pricing strategy for multiple business portfolios.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership influencing financial performance, strategic investments, growth opportunities, and operational efficiency.
- Drive financial rigor and modernization of finance capabilities through data, automation, analytics, digital tools, and cost optimization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance or Business Finance.
- 10 years of experience leading large finance teams and developing finance talent.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
- Work Experience Required: 18+ years with 10 in leadership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strong FP&A expertise and commercial finance acumen supporting executive decision-making in complex/matrixed organizations.
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally across business development and service leaders in commercial contract evaluation and pricing strategy.
- Strategic thinker with capability in financial planning, business case development, investment modeling, profitability management, and finance transformation initiatives.
