About This Role
- Process daily customer invoices ensuring alignment with purchase orders, contracts, shipping reports, and payment terms across multiple regions (US/Canada/EMEA/CALA/APAC).
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, meet billing deadlines, and resolve billing discrepancies and escalated accounts receivable or collection issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and local accounting firms to ensure compliance with local billing and government requirements, and document/update AR processes ensuring SOX compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: BCOM, BCOM (H), or Postgraduate from a reputed college.
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience specifically in accounts receivable analysis, reporting, billing, issue resolution, and cash collection across US/Canada/EMEA/CALA/APAC regions.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple demands.
- Experience or familiarity with local billing requirements and government regulations in multiple international regions.

- Experience working in complex, multi-region billing environments involving cross-departmental coordination.
- Proven ability to manage accurate invoicing and AR reconciliation with attention to compliance (SOX) and process documentation.
- Comfortable navigating escalated AR issues and collaborating with collections teams, demonstrating organizational skills under demanding timelines.
