About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor, VLSI, and EDA engineering roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence on talent and compensation trends.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and maps for niche technical roles; drive candidate engagement and maintain recruiting data accuracy in ATS.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Engineering/Electronics background preferred.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with significant focus on Semiconductor/VLSI/EDA hiring.
- Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri; experienced with ATS platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in recruitment, specifically for semiconductor technical roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced semiconductor recruiter familiar with technical skill sets like RTL, ASIC, SoC Design, Verification, Physical Design, and related EDA/IP roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills capable of handling multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable conducting research-led sourcing, talent mapping and delivering hiring analytics in semiconductor talent markets in India.
