About This Role
- Own end-to-end discovery, requirements documentation, data architecture, and MDM platform configuration for enterprise clients.
- Lead client workshops, translate business needs into testable user stories, manage data migrations including profiling, mapping, ETL design, and validation.
- Manage scope changes, UAT testing, system documentation, training, and act as primary platform expert and escalation point within Agile teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, or data strategy in MDM, PIM, or related enterprise information management projects.
- 4+ years implementing enterprise MDM platforms such as Stibo STEP, Syndigo, Akeneo, Talend, or equivalent with rapid adaptability.
- Strong technical skills including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), ability to read SQL and collaborate on ETL.
- Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting and iterating requirements and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to architect and execute data migrations with legacy data profiling, transformation logic, and risk management.
- Experienced in MDM governance best practices including stewardship models, hierarchy design, and master data lifecycle management.
- Comfortable managing complex stakeholder expectations across business, IT, and vendor teams in Agile environments.
