About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and configuration of SAP PP & QM modules including MRP, Work Centre, Routing, Production/Process Orders, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Certificates, and Results Recording.
- Lead business process analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications including RICEFW objects/custom developments related to PPQM on S/4 HANA implementations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CO, MM, SD, WM, PM modules to ensure seamless SAP integration and support UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of SAP PP functional experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA PPQM project implementations (excluding support projects).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in configuration of SAP PP & QM modules including batch management, production versions, MPS, and ability to prepare functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams.
- Experience working with Indian and global clients and knowledge of Fiori apps for Manufacturing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant capable of independently delivering quality SAP PP & QM solutions with strong end-to-end implementation exposure on S/4 HANA.
- Technical collaborator skilled in translating complex manufacturing requirements into SAP configuration and working closely with cross-functional teams and ABAP developers.
- Candidate experienced in chemical or process industry-related production planning and quality management setups, familiar with both discrete and process production environments.
