- Support executive compensation advisory for CEOs, CXOs, senior management across industries.
- Design and evaluate long-term incentive programmes aligned with business strategy and performance.
- Manage and lead Executive Performance and Rewards Survey; prepare client deliverables and report on market trends and regulatory updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Executive Compensation Consulting or related HR fields.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations on executive and share-based compensation.
- Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced consulting environments.
- Location requirement: Mumbai.
