About This Role
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for engineering teams.
- Engage with customers across multiple domains (Retail, Education, E-Learning, HR) to analyze and solve business problems.
- Support and troubleshoot HR and related systems, ensuring confidentiality of customer data.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project.
- Knowledge of application programming, database, and system design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling projects across multiple domains including Retail, Education, E-Learning, and HR.
- Capable of independently managing customer interactions and technical communication between clients and engineering teams.
- Familiar with Human Resource and workforce administration systems; experience with Talent Management or Human Capital Management Systems is a plus.
