About This Role
- Own the full lifecycle of software from design, implementation, test automation to delivery ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate detailed requirements into customer-centric software design that supports extensibility and customization.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to design and enhancement of new products and existing product suite with a focus on software engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scalability considerations.
- Experience leveraging or evaluating AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing projects involving significant technical risk at the team level.
- Strong analytical and design skills with a passion for web technologies and component-based development.
- Able to mentor peers and promote knowledge-sharing within engineering teams.
