About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient data engineering solutions across the HR data ecosystem to enable advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and advisory to senior leadership influencing architecture, solution design, and enterprise HR data strategy.
- Drive AI and GenAI adoption and governance across HR initiatives, managing end-to-end execution from proof-of-concept to production at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including progressive roles in data engineering and architecture.
- Strong hands-on expertise with cloud-native data platforms (Azure Fabric, GCP services), distributed data processing (Spark, Beam), and programming languages (SQL, Python).
- Experience migrating legacy data platforms to modern lakehouse architectures and implementing microservice/cloud-native architectures.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years engineering experience. No explicit mention of mandatory degrees, location requirements, or notice period.
