About This Role
- Coordinate pre-close and post-close documentation for complex commercial real estate loans with accuracy and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Commercial Loan Closing team members including prioritization and guidance on policies and procedures.
- Lead process improvements and implement revised procedures in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience handling Loan Syndication processes including deal setup, funding, borrower servicing, and lender communications.
- Strong working knowledge of Loans IQ covering loan booking, maintenance, payment processing, and transaction management.
- Flexible to work rotational and night shifts as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle including onboarding, servicing, amendments, and payoff.
- Strong operational risk management and stakeholder collaboration skills within syndicated or commercial loan operations.
- Capable of independently prioritizing complex tasks and leading a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
