About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Own production health of delivered features including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Rapidly translate product/business requirements into technical approaches, prototypes, and improvements using strong engineering fundamentals.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of software development experience.
- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language with knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience/understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, cloud fundamentals, version control, CI/CD, software lifecycle, testing, debugging, and secure coding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to quickly learn and apply unfamiliar technologies, platforms, and tools to solve problems and innovate.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end feature delivery including post-production monitoring and incident management.
- Skilled at bridging technical and business requirements to prototype, validate, and improve software solutions.
