About This Role
- Own the enterprise architecture and technical vision for Agentic AI platforms including multi-agent orchestration and Copilot solutions.
- Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, servers, connectors ensuring secure and interoperable AI ecosystems.
- Lead AI agent development incorporating memory, context management, RAG knowledge integration, and platform scalability with governance and security controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in GenAI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and MCP implementation and extension.
- Experience with data retrieval technologies including vector databases and semantic search.
- Work authorization: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or valid US Work permit; Location: Philadelphia or New York; Working Model: WFO (Work From Office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in AI agent architecture including planning, reasoning, memory, and orchestration patterns.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale AI Copilot or Agent platforms integrating with CRM, ERP, payment systems, and knowledge repositories.
- Experience operating in regulated environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Digital Commerce domains.
