About This Role
- Lead full-cycle implementations and enhancements of ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules spanning vendor and system risk management.
- Design and configure scalable, automated risk management workflows covering vendor onboarding, assessments, monitoring, and remediation.
- Manage platform administration, including configuration, upgrades, access controls, and integrations to ensure data integrity and compliance across enterprise risk domains.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven full-cycle implementation expertise specifically in ServiceNow IRM and Third-Party Risk Management modules.
- Willingness and ability to obtain ServiceNow CSA, CIS-RC, CIS-TPRM, or CADIf certification within 6 months if not already certified.
- Role requires onsite presence with flexibility to work later shifts and off-hours as business needs dictate.

- Experienced technical leader with deep ServiceNow platform architecture and administration skills focused on risk and compliance solutions.
- Strong background in enterprise risk management, regulatory frameworks, and governance aligned with vendor and system risk domains.
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally with IRM, GRC, security, compliance, and procurement teams to deliver integrated risk management solutions.
