About This Role
- Design and oversee implementation of secure, efficient cloud-native applications across private and public cloud environments, primarily AWS.
- Lead architecture governance and provide technical oversight for deployment of workloads to public cloud.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve software delivery quality, speed, and operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on public cloud solution design experience, primarily AWS.
- Proficiency in mainstream programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with microservices or N-tier architecture and familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL data storage technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading AI-assisted software development adoption and governance within enterprise environments, including coaching senior engineers.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture and ability to evaluate and recommend future state technology solutions.
- Familiarity with secure application design, infrastructure as code, and financial services industry technical requirements.
